My Favourite Sport is swimming which is consider kind of aerobic exercise. So what is swimming? Swimming is the activity of being moving oneself through water using one's arms and legs while buoyed up by the water, carried out by humans for amusement, exercise, sport or entertainment. It is definitely a entertainment for me.
I may not the best swimmer but I love to swim. I feel really relaxing when I am swimming. The calmness of the water, the coldness of the water and the water wave that follow my movement which are the points that make me love to swim. Swimming is a relaxing sport for me as compare to the other sport. It will not cause me sweat and fatigue. It is an aerobic sport. So what is aerobic sport? Swimming is a full body aerobic sport that tones muscles, improves strength and flexibility, increases circulation, controls weight and enhances body contours.
Swimming, you will no need to fight to swim the fast but you can just slowy swim and relax in the water. What is style that I like to swim? I like to swim in the style of free style. Here is some explaination for free style.
"Freestyle or free: competitors are free to use any stroke they wish. Most select the front crawl, as it is both the fastest and most efficient. The front crawl is where the swimmer breathes to the side with typically one ear staying in the water, kicks by alternating both legs, and pulls with each arm moving in an alternating fashion. Flip/tumble turns are legal and are most common. Variants include free relays, in which four team members each swim an equal distance of freestyle; when one member touches the end wall, the next dives off the block. Typical distances are 25(8 years and younger typically swim this length), 50, 100, 200, 400, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, and 1650 meters or yards. (depending on the pool)"
The free style is the fastest and most efficient swimming style among the other. Other than proper swimming style, there are also some weird weird swimming style like doggie style (shown in crayon sin chan). You can try the different style of swimming which can train your different part of body and muscle.
Swimming is a relaxing exercise which I love the most. :)
